Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 cup Milk full fat is best
  • 1 cup Eggs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • You will have spotted that we have used a cup as a measure. This is not a specific measure of 250ml as one might see in some recipes, this is just what it says ... a cup! Use the same cup for all ingredients and fill it to the same level. There is no number of eggs, it's as many as it takes to fill the cup to the right level.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together and then leave for around 30 minutes. When you're ready to cook, heat oil in a tray or Yorkshire pudding tray to as hot as you can get it. Pour the mixture in and cook in a very hot oven that has been preheated to at least 220°C, 200° fan, Gas Mark 8
  • Cook for about 30 minutes on a relatively low shelf because this Yorkshire Pudding is going to rise to epic proportions!
