- 150 g Conchiglie Pasta or similar shape to hold the sauce
- 1 piece Oak Smoked Salmon you really do need just one piece
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 150 g Soft Cheese philadelphia or similar is good
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Black Pepper to season
Boil the pasta for 1 minute less than it says so on the packet. You need a little bit of bite to it as it will continue to cook when you add the rest of the ingredients
When the past is cooked, simply mix in the cheese, lemon juice and chilli flakes with the pasta. One it is mixed flake the salmon into it, give it a quick stir and serve seasoned with a good helping of freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
