Ingredients

  • 60 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil we rarely use it for cooking but here it really does add flavour
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 10 ml Balsamic Vinegar that's a dessert spoon but people struggle with the abbreviation for a dessert spoon
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 pinch Freshly Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Put all of the incredients for the marinade in a jug and mix well
  • Pierce the meat with a fork all over to help the marinade to soak in and then put the marinade and the meat into a sealable freezer bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes but as long as you can. When you're ready, take the meat out of the bag and onto the barbecue. Cook until done and enjoy!
