Guacamole

You can buy guacamole in the shops and, to be honest, it’s ok. But there is nothing, literally nothing, like home made guacamole! It is fresher, tastier and just simply delicious. This recipe is about as easy as you’ll get, there’s no cooking!!!! But it tastes fabulous!

Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados they need to be ripe!
  • ½ small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Red Chilli deseeded and finely chopped
  • 7 Cherry Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 handful Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced

Instructions

  • Take the flesh out of the avocados and put onto a chopping block. Roughly chop it through, then add the red onion and chop it through the mix
  • Add the chilli and chop through the avocado, then add the tomatoes and chop through. Finally add the coriander and chop it through.
  • Juice the lime directly onto the guacamole mix and chop it through (i.e. mix it in). Season with a little salt and pepper and it's ready!
