  • Oh be still my beating heart! So many happy memories at my nana’s house picking blackcurrants and watching/helping her make jam. How I love blackcurrant jam and whilst I make every other fruit into jams I’ve never made my own blackcurrant jam. I’m going to source blackcurrants this year and make it! You’ve inspired me. Thank you
(Ps came across your recipes whilst looking for a good lasagne recipe, Gino’s it turned out great thanks)

Glad you found it. Blackcurrant jam is our favourite and we get all our friends who grow them to give them to us too in exchange for a few pots of jam when we’ve made it. This jam regularly wins awards so we think we’ve got it about right!
